Summary: "This is a pricey machine but blissfully quiet, sort of sounds like it might be raining outside. No more assault on the senses if we can not be outside the house when the dishwasher needs to run. Cleans superbly in half the time of other dishwashers.
Summary: "This Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher has received mixed reviews from customers online. The machine received high marks on style and efficiency but was criticized for needing a specific detergent/drying aid combo to clean effectively. Most everyone noted that the unit ran quietly.
Summary: "Product looks great; easy to use; lots of great features; nice programming features on display panel; has 2 panels so controls are hidden, but still can see current status of dishwasher; very quiet; "
Summary: can't explain what happened the first couple cycles. timer was acting right and the washer wasn't completing cycles. may have been something i was doing. then everything went perfectly, and haven't had a hiccup since. it has flexibility to handle just about anything you want to put in it, and gets it all clean with ease. it is really quiet, just maybe not as much as advertised, they do have another tier quieter than this.
Summary: I just bought one of these last week & tried to install it last night. The machine fit in the hole but it did not fit my drain. I have a Johnson-T drain. This means my dishwasher drains through a pipe that sits behind the dishwasher instead of draining through the disposal. It is much quieter with a Johnson-T drain. Ended up taking the machine back to Lowes. Bummer.
Summary: The interior is smaller than my previous dishwahser and I have to think sometimes how to add larger pots because of the racks. HOWEVER, my prior dishwasher was prone to burst into flames upon use so this is much improved. It was a little complicated to install because the water line connection is on the front of the washer instead of the back but this should make it easier to repair. We had to go back to lowes to get some additional hook up parts.
Summary: Overall, this dish washer is quiet and works satisfactorily. However, the filter gets clogged too easily and requires constant cleaning. Whatever happened to rinse and hold cycles? I sometimes run the DW until I hear the first rinse and drain. Then I shut it off completely. Voila! My own rinse and hold strategy.
Summary: Excellent washer, very sharp looking. The tines inside are indeed close together, so thick, deep, pottery type dishes/bowls are tough to fit. Very, Very quiet, I have to look for the red light to check if it is on. Quick wash is nice feature for cups during a party. Quality product, expecting it to last years.
