Summary: It's terrible. I hate this thing. It barely cleans half the silverware. I tried putting them in the carrier on the bottom drawer, no luck. How about the top skinny drawer for silverware? Not any better. For the price I would expect a perfect dishwasher but this is just a disappointment. Installation wasn't quick or easy. The plates and bowls are clean most of the time. Just when it comes to washing silverware this machine falls short...very short.
Summary: NOTE; It is critical that this product be installed according the manufacturer's instructions to obtain: a) the correct temperature and drying b) draining and ventilation. Use the finishing agent. It deserves it. It is supremely quiet. The cutlery tray is a big plus. It expands the load capacity tremendously. The default cycle is long and thorough. We load it and run it overnight to use cheaper, nocturnal electrical rates.
Summary: Bought this dishwasher in february and by may had our first service all. It was all downhill from there. FIlter kept plugging then water would over flow and then we'd have to have a service call to clean the sensor. Took 7 service calls before they finally refunded our money...
Summary: I still have to learn how to load it in the most efficient way, but I am running it so often - it does not matter much. The most often used regime - half load! So quiet, so elegant, if only it was easy to clean the stainless steel... but I knew it from the very beginning, no surprise there. LOVE IT! My only surprise was that the first one delivered was destroyed in transit. Too bad!
Summary: We bought this dishwasher 5 month ago expecting Bosch-grade high-end quality. It was great for 3 month. Whisper silent, cleaned and dried very. Then, things started going downhill pretty quickly. Suddently, it stopped working and was continuously showing E15 error (leak detection). It took two weeks (due to Christmas) to get a Bosch technician to see it and just before he came the error MISTERIOUSLY disappear. the dishwasher started working, again.
Summary: This is indeed a great dishwasher. I run it on auto and the dishes always come out clean and dry. The racks are set up differently than any other dishwasher I have owned, and it did take me a couple weeks to get used to loading it, but it holds a lot more dishes than other dishwashers I have used. My wife laughs every time she opens the dishwasher to put something in it and finds that it is running. 90% of the time that it goes through the cycle, you can barely hear it.
Summary: This unit was purchased to replace our 10 year old +/- Miele G851SC+ which needed a $400+ repair. In addition to the defective pump, several plastic parts were crumbling, whether from heat, water or detergent I don’t know. Though we liked it, we thought the Miele should have had a longer life so decided to look for something different. With AJ Madison’s great search we narrowed the field quickly. Specifically, we wanted the silverware (third) tray, a great convenience.
