Summary: The product has some Lithium Ion battery issues, it wouldn't power up. I called the customer care and they asked me to ship it to New Jersey, and that to replace it, it would take another 3 weeks or so. As I was on a time constraint, I thought it would be best if I could just buy another one. But it was sad that even the second camera I bought had the same issue. It just wouldn't power up. It is really just a plastic case with 2 lenses. Don't fall for its low price.
Summary: I bought mine at B&H in Manhattan. When I got it home, like a lot of the reviewers, it didn't charge. There was a slip of paper in the package that said not to return it to the store, but ship it back to Vivitar. I did, and called them, telling them that 4 weeks was too long, I wanted a replacement. Now, not in 4 weeks. I got it in a week. Same problem. I called again, and they said they would send another, and not to bother sending this one back.
Summary: I knew I was buying essentially a "toy" 3D camera, so I wasn't expecting too much. However, since it wouldn't even power up after three days of charging, I never found out. Booh. I didn't want a replacement as there are too many negative reviews which sight the same issue.
