Summary: Firstly I am a professional photographer and wanted a small and high quality camera to carry around with me for family and personal photos. The Nex F3 is a fantastic camera and does exactly what I need! I seriously love it. The 2 camera's I bought from Electronics Basket were not new and they were used and both missing the body caps, had scratches on the LCD screen's, lots of dust and the shutter count was over 4,000.
Summary: Get a Canon T3i instead. I got this because I wanted to start making guitar videos. It was perfect for it UNTIL almost every time I take a picture, I get the infamous camera error, which flash on the LCD; It looks to be a shutter error that sony knows about. Only way to get it to work correctly is to take the battery out then put it back in. Looked into getting it fixed but I have to send it off and it cost too much, Im not buying another Sony camera ever again.
Summary: I bought this camera for a gift to my sister, but it shows a dark strip on it LCD after I purchased it about one month. Try to send it back to sony for repairing, but they are very hard to communicate. They promised a shipping label for free shipping, but never send it my email after I fill all the repair documents they need. I used to bought a couple of sonny cameras and camcorders, they works fine for me.
Summary: This camera takes AMAZING pictures, always crisp and clear, excellent focus, but unfortunately has one fatal flaw--- the battery. The first time I bought it (from Best Buy) it worked wonderfully for about two months, then one day the battery said "exhausted" and never turned back on, even after I tried to charge it multiple times.
