Great camera! Takes good photos and handles my abuse

Summary: Great camera! Takes good photos and handles my abuse. Image quality is competitive with entry level DSLRs. Lenses are a bit more expensive than with the more common types, especially cannon. Only complaint is that without a viewfinder shooting in the sun can be problematic. Navigating menus can be a bit slow, but once you get comfortable with shooting in all manual you don't need to do that much.
Summary: I love this camera! As a novice photographer I wanted a camera that had a great auto feature and some "extra" features that I could play around with. This fits the bill. Pros: The auto shoot mode takes fabulous pictures both indoors and out. It even has a superior auto mode that I found really useful because it can tell the difference between a portrait, landscape and macro and will take the picture accordingly without me having to switch the mode.
Summary: I really like this camera; I am interested in learn about photography for hobby purposes, so this was a great investment without breaking the bank. I really love the fact that you can use a SD card instead of just the proprietary Sony memory card. It not a full SLR or as powerful but its a lot better than the pictures my Samsung S3 takes. That was also a secondary reason I got the camera, indoor shots were bad with the S3 (Indoor low light conditions).
Summary: This is the most awesome camera ever. The photos are great quality, it's the right size too. My previous sony Dslr a330 was just simply too heavy. This give you the quality without all of the bulk.
Summary: I bought this to replace my Nikon D3100 and one to replace my girlfriends Nikon Coolpix. This camera is the perfect size to carry around, I found that full size DSLR's are too big and it deters me from taking my camera. The picture quality is great and very easy to use.
Summary: The Sony NEX 3NL/B has been a great camera for work and play. I am always getting comments from friends and family about how cool of a camera it is, and "Oh, it takes really nice pictures" and "it's only how much?" I use this camera daily for social media at work, It takes wonderful pictures in "Auto" mode but can easily be switched to manual. The flip out screen is very useful for low angle shots and selfies.
I sold my T3i and bought a Sony NEX -- no regrets!

Summary: I sold my T3i in search of a compact camera that takes crisp pictures in RAW while also capable of shooting HD video-- without the weight, bulk, and "Hey, I'm a tourist!" look of the dSLR. I thought I was going to go Olympus PM-2, but wanted a tilted screen. The PL-5 felt awkward and cheap. I also realized how much I prefer buttons and wheels for menus rather than poking around on a touchscreen.
Excellent camera for beginners who want to learn photography

Summary: This is an excellent camera equivalent to entry level SLR. It is equipped with so many features that can challenge any entry level SLR. Picture quality is awesome and it's 5/5 star is also considering it's light weight. For me this camera is better than any other camera in this price range like Canon T3i.
Summary: I bought this, mainly for my parents to use but, I have fallen in love with this camera!! It takes great pictures in low light, the pictures are always of great quality and that is with the lens that came with it!! I cannot recommend this camera enough, to anyone that is looking for one. My only complaint would be the lack of lenses for it but, give it time and I know they will come!
