Great little camera, battery didn't last long
11 July 2013
Summary: Bought the camera in January and the battery died last week. Wouldn't work at all and I was afraid that it was the camera. Took it to Batteries plus and they tested the battery-dead (I had tried charging it on the wall and with the computer with no luck prior to this.) A new battery and we're back in business. I love it, but hope the battery isn't an issue anymore. At least I have a year warrantee on the new battery!
Summary: The USB port stopped charging the battery after only a week. I don't use the USB but have an AC charger with spare batteries so no big deal but be warned. UPDATE 6-18-2013: The camera now won't turn on and appears to have a problem with the lens motor failing with error flashing C32:60 and turns off by itself. Only lasted 1 month.
Summary: Overview/Image Performance: The WX150 is perfect for hauling around and conceals well under any purse or shirt pocket because it is lightweight and not much bigger than a cigarette box, but unfortunately the camera produces sub-par image quality at best. Yes, it is an 18-megapixel camera, but more pixel count doesn't necessarily mean you will get better picture results.
