Summary: Camera is reasonably easy to use, with features I actually use such as panorama shots and video. The main downside is that the battery life is not brilliant (perhaps getting typically 100 shots per charge).
Summary: Let me begin by saying this was a gift for a person of 'the older generation' for Christmas. We were deciding between this Sony and a Fuji JZ100. We went with the Sony just because it 'looked nicer' (Wife's words). Upon opening the box, we saw how small and dinky it is. I have an 8gb Sandisk Ultimate card in it now. It says it will take over 1100 photos and 110 mins of 720p video. I am pleased with that.
Excerpt: My first ever digital camera was a Sony cyber shot that I was lucky enough to win as a prize back in 2007. I was unfortunate enough to then have said camera stolen from me while on holiday in 2008, but none the less I loved this little camera and the quality of the photos impressed me enough to want another Sony.
Pros: Great quality photos, easy to use, good battery life
Summary: Such a good little camera for this price! I've had many cameras over the last few years and this was by far the best. Very flattering images, took brilliant pictures. Great size and looks very nice. Unfortunately mine did break as I think I got sand in it so it was probably my fault, but i'm buying the same exact one again. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheapish camera that provides very good quality.
Summary: good quality camera, light, comfortable. good video and audio recording. i am using it on auto mode. nightshots are not excellent it somehow pixelate the faces and the lights. but it is perfect in the morning. the sweep panorama is fantastic. i would recommend it as a back up camera if you want a camera to put in your pocket when you are travelling not something big with a lens and you would worry if something wrong happen to it.
