Excellent Pictures, Don't Use it Underweater

Summary: Excellent pictures & normally wide angle. When I took it underwater, it always leaks water into the battery compartment, miraculously, I was able to dry it out without damage. Kept the camera for its great pictures and compactness, NOT TAKING IT UNDERWATER.
Summary: I had the tx5 and LOVED it! Was hoping this one would be as good. The camera itself is pretty much the same. What I think is a step down in design is the way the tx20 charges. You can't pop the battery out and plug it in directly to the outlet charger, which was a small charger that plugged directly into the wall receptacle. SO nice! That was great on the tx5 model, because you could pop out the battery and pop in your second charged battery and continue shooting.
Summary: the picture is clear very easy to carry but the locks for the access ports for card and battery is too easy to accidentally open mine was water damaged in 2 weeks because the access door was too easy to unlock
Summary: Purchased this item for our June 2013 Carribean cruise and snorkeling adventure....took fantastic pics out of the water, but failed not 5 minutes into snorkeling!! This was the first time it was exposed to water - and all instructions were followed for underwater usage. I hadn't taken more than 20 total pics on dryland, and managed to get 2 underwater shots (which were very clear and high quality btw) before the camera screen went blank, powered off, and would not turn...
Nice Compact Design, Descent Image Quality, BUT LCD Screen Cracked in my Pocket
Deremer Studios "Nate", Amazon

Summary: We have had this camera for several months, and while I own a photography studio, because of the portability and waterproof/rugged features, if we were going out with the family and I didn't want to lug around the SLRs, I would pop this in my pocket. I also have used this on a few shoots that involved in or on water shooting.
Summary: I ordered this camera during the Gold Box Deal of the Day ($164 after taxes). Pros - Many functions and mode choices: underwater shooting, panorama, etc. - Great for beach/water-related outings Con - Battery seem to drain quickly, especially with underwater function - Processing time of photos creates lag between shots - Focus is sometimes off and create blurred images
Summary: Really really wanted to love this camera. It's small, light and looks nice. Feels sturdy too and I like the color. And, it has lots of nice features and of course is water proof. Unfortunately I didn't find the quality to be there with the photos; it's as simple as that. The underwater photos were fine and totally acceptable. And everything else is acceptable...but just not as good and crisp as other small cameras I've had.
Summary: I love the size and features of this camera. I just took it on a trip to Belize where we snorkeled. The little Sony was terrific. It good picture and videos that we certainly acceptable or better for its size. It was really nice to be able to always have it in my pocket for a quick shot. Unfortunately, when I got home I notice what appeared to be some green corrosion on the mini HDMI connector.
Summary: This is a great and tiny camera. All features work real well and the shots are crisp and clear. Action shot can have a little blur but if you know what your doing with the settings its easy to rectify. would have rated this camera at 5 stars if it didn't leak. that was the main reason for buying this camera, we followed all instructions about taking it in the water bur it still let in the h2o. All in all it's a good piece of kit but be weary in the great blue.
Summary: The camera is roughly the size of a credit card and the thickness of a TV remote control. It has few external controls, those being the zoom lever on the top right shoulder of the camera, on/off switch and shutter along the top right and next to it the record button. All other controls are built in and accessed via the touchscreen on the rear.
