Summary: Excellent camera, I think it is an excellent cost benefit ratio. The camera is fast, I can pull it out of my pocket, slide down the cover and shoot a picture in less the 5 secs. The image quality is excellent for a point and shoot camera. It just work wonders in low light, even without flash (though you'd have to be VERY steady in that situation). There is a fast shooting mode for quick movements, like a pool somersault or a racing car, which works great.
Love the camera, only wish the color I order came instead of the black I got!

Summary: Previously had the DSC TX10, was damaged so I ordered this one as an upgrade to what I had. Does all it claims to do and very similar operation to the previous. My only problem is I thought I ordered the camera in blue as pictured but it showed up in black. Due to an upcoming vacation I had no time to return prior leaving on our trip.
Summary: I bought this camera about 11 months ago, and had been very happy with the camera. The versatility of going from video, to camera to underwater was amazing, and all for $235. All went well for the last 11 months until a recent trip to Mexico. It worked for 1 day on the trip and then died. I thought it might have been the battery. When that wasn't the problem, I contacted Sony Repair.
Summary: I used to have a sony cybershot TX-5 for more than 3 years without ANYY problems, until the focus started to give me problems, so I decided to change it for a new model. I used it all the time and it was great, very durable and reliable for EVERYTHING. After I received the TX20, I didn't use it much. Last month I started to use it and noticed a crack on the battery entry lit, but didn't mind it. I thought it could have been my fault.
Summary: I purchased this to go on my once in a lifetime honeymoon to Bora Bora and on the first day, first dip in water, less than 2 feet down the screen went blank and it never came back on. This malfunction left me without a camera on one of my most memorable trips.
Summary: good performer overall. The only downside is that the battery drains quickly, and the battery meter seems a bit unreliable at times. I just carry a USB backup charger that I also use for my phone....
Summary: I was looking for an outdoorsy camera to replace my old waterproof Fujifilm that I loved, but it didn't have the best shooting options and had no lens protection. I love all the features of this camera. Touch-focus, panoramic, color select, etc... tons of stuff to play around with or get serious with. The sliding front is very thin and I'll be more careful with this than I was with my more rugged Fujifilm, but I'm more than happy with this product.
Summary: I had this one in grey for myself. So I got this for my sister in law, and she just simply loved it. It's very handy and has very good picture quality with different settings, including the panorama (my personal favourite). This also comes with a small touch stick that could be hung to the tag which I find really cool.
