Love it, but...

Summary: I bought this camera during a trip to NYC. I took more than 1 thousand pics, and they all look AMAZING in it's screen, I was so happy with it. By the time I got back home, I was eager to see the pics in the computer screen, thinking they must look even better there. but that it not what happened. The pictures look kind of dull, with a lot less contrast and definition than they looked in the camera screen...
Summary: I bought this camera because of its durability and so far is has done what it supposed to. It has been in extreme cold, it has been dropped, it has gotten wet, has been in a dusty environment and I have had almost no issues with it. Sometimes the battery needs to be removed and put back in so that it turns on but it is not a big deal unless you are in a hurry to take a snapshot. I should send it back in to get fixed but I do not want to be without my camera.
Summary: Unacceptable Sony Customer Service Sir, or Ma'm, I have been a long time Sony enthusiast, and over the years have purchased the newest Cybershot TX camera each year, for many years. I have persuaded many friends and family to purchase Sony products over the years due to their high quality, name brand, and good customer service. However, after this incident I can honestly say I will never purchase a Sony Product again.
Summary: I bought this camera on last Black Friday sale. After using this camera for about 4 month and the only draw back is the touch screen, but I think this is because I'm use to the iPod and iPhone. On the other hand this is an area of improvement for Sony. Great underwater and night shots. The feature to charge the camera thru USB ports is a plus. Bottom line: great under water camera but is annoying to work with the touch screen.
Summary: Well i always wondered about this camera, its very compact, slim and thin! The quality of pictures is great, but the main thing why i wanted this gadget was underwater video and photos. Tested it works ok! Amazing quality of underwater videos!!!
Summary: I was really loving this camera, until it slipped out of my hand, fell about 3 feet, and the front sliding cover popped off. I sent it in for warranty, and Sony's service center is telling me that because it was dropped it is out of warranty and the repair is $267! Needs a new lens, new front cover parts, new microphone, etc. The description says you can drop it from 5 feet, but I'm not sure why they would advertise that if the warranty won't cover the repair.
Summary: Was very surprised with the quality of this camera. It takes really great photos and has a ton of different setting that are a lot of fun to play with. Although the camera is small, the screen on the back is very clear and again the quality of the pictures are fabulous.
