Falsely advertised as rugged!

Summary: I was really loving this camera, until it slipped out of my hand, fell about 3 feet, and the front sliding cover popped off. I sent it in for warranty, and Sony's service center is telling me that because it was dropped it is out of warranty and the repair is $267!
Summary: Well i always wondered about this camera, its very compact, slim and thin! The quality of pictures is great, but the main thing why i wanted this gadget was underwater video and photos. Tested it works ok! Amazing quality of underwater videos!!!
Summary: Really enjoy using this camera. It easily fits in a pocket and I take it everywhere. It takes pretty good low light pics (HandHeld Twilight and AntiMotion Blur are amazing). Also have fun with the panorama scene mode.
Summary: My son saved up and bought this camera. He LOVES it. He loves to videotape stuff, and constantly has it on him. Super buy. Just wish we would have waited a few more months before we bought it. The price went down a lot... Oh well. He has had it over 5 months, and it works great.
Summary: Its a very nice camera, picture quality is very good, touch screen is good. But the battery life is too bad. It does not continue even for 30 pics. If the battery is kept in the camera for 3/4 days, the battery got dead.
Summary: I ordered the product on Thanks giving day. It is an excellent product. I dropped my camera twice. But it works so well and has only some very few scratches. It is water resistant and I tested under water in a swimming pool and the picture quality is still very good.
Summary: The clarity of the pictures and videos is awesome. It also takes photos very quickly so I can capture the best moments of my baby :) There is no separate battery charger. The camera directly charges through the charging wire. So less wires in the house :) I love this camera.
