Terrible stills in anything but bright light

Summary: The video quality on this camera is amazing, but it takes terrible stills in anything but bright light. Even in a well-lit interior room, it slows the shutter speed so much that any amount of hand shake blurs the image (even with image stabilization on). Another annoying issue that I hear is common of the brand is that the images displayed on the LCD screen have a yellow/green hue.
Summary: I was in need of a pocket point and shoot. I have used DSLR cameras so I expect quite a bit from a camera. I had a fuji HS20 and loved the pictures that it took but the camera is too large for walks with my kiddos. I bought the Sony based on reviews. It did not live up to any expectation that I had for the camera. Blurry pics, yellow photos were all I could get.
Summary: Cannot understand why the colors do not match the items shot, the video in low light is very dark. Our 5 year old Cannon A560 is a much better camera for accurate color, and low light video. It takes about 4 seconds for the view screen to show a scene, after turning on the camera. This camera is going back. We spent a month, reading cnet, amazon for customer reviews or any reviews before we bought this camera.
