Summary: I bought this camera to replace an existing Sony Cybershot. This new model is very nice except the flash is too bright. When you take a picture of a person, their face is sort of washed out. The old model didn't have this problem.
Summary: I had a previous cybershot that had a cracked screen, so I went with this newer model. Takes great pictures, but it is slow between shots, or displaying photos. Also, this camera (and none in the price range) have view finders anymore -- just the screen. I prefer view finders especially in bright sunlight. The camera is very thin and light and has a large lcd panel.
Summary: It snaps great photos but sadly the video performances is okay as the lens make hell a lot of noises when zooming during video hence making the sounds recorded very bad. Besides, it's very obvious that it's cheaply built as the quality of the camera exterior really looks very unstable and doesnt feel "solid".
Relatively moderate to good product for the money.

Summary: Thus far, the camera is for the most part user-friendly. I'm sure I will feel more confident in its ability to capture crisp, clear digital images after I become more accustomed to its features. Clear Close-ups & rich, genuine color are two areas I am most concerned about.
Summary: It just wasn't as great as I expected. My old Sony camera with 1/2 the pixels seems to take pics just as well. I do like the larger screen, the black and white and a few other things, but I could of just stuck with my old camera and been just as happy.
Summary: I bought this camera and it works fine but the battery/memory card door latch broke off. I have to secure it closed with a small rubber band now. I had this problem with my last Sony camera too and next time I think I will look for another brand. The camera was over 6 months bought so I could not return it. beware.
