Great point and shoot camera

Summary: My wife and I are very happy with this camera. We tested it along with 4 others and chose this one. It's a great, compact size, fairly large touch screen, we've taken underwater pics with no problem and it has good picture quality. It still won't replace our larger, semi-professional camera, but for a point and shoot on smaller trips, we love it.
Summary: Initially, I had concerns because it was different from my previous Sony camera. But after "playing" with it, I actually LOVE it! I like the fact that the Zoom is built-in and the size is great!! I was concerned about the fact that fingerprints were easily revealed until I discovered that that was the purpose for the cloth. So kudos! I know that I'm going to enjoy this investment! As for the price...well, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for.
Summary: If you take a picture with flash, is very likely that you're going to get a blue flare in the upper right corner and white faces. Terrible camera, gorilla glass in the front creates glares in pictures and all kinds of problems, since it messes up lighting, stay away from it, DO NOT BUY....
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX200V 18.2 MP Camera has many good features

Summary: Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX200V does panoramic photos as well as regular shots, and it can be used under water. But what I really like about is that it can focus from an inch to infinity and takes perfectly focused pictures every time. I have not used it under water, nor have I used the GPS locating feature which tags each photo with the GPS coordinates of where the shot was taken.
Summary: T series, are my favorate, which are also sony's materpieces! They are in great appearance and have high performance. They will never be replaced by smart phone and DRL. I already have some. Tx 200 is also a great one, with water proof, without the slide lid. Only small battery, which does not matter because we can change battery any time.
Summary: I wanted a small camera to keep in my pocket as most of all my other cameras are rather bulky with prices ranging from $5000 to $600 for body only. It is waterproof, easy to use and takes just as good of a picture as my large DSLR camera, sometimes it is not the camera but the photographer! Geat deal mainly because of the price, it was originally $599 but was reduced to $234. There were few sales when it was new because of the price for the size.
Summary: I purchased this camera for an upcoming trip to the Florida Keys. I needed something waterproof that could take nice pictures and some video. I had been looking at GOPRO Silver cameras, but wanted something to take pictures better. The Sony TX 200V is a nice unit, but after reading some of the reviews I began to question how waterproof it is. There are reports online that the battery door seal is not as robust as other brands.
