Excerpt: This is my third Sony Cybershot camera and I adore it. For history purposes, I had the original cybershot and my cameras case was practically falling off, so i got a new one, and then misplaced that one, so i bought the T90. The camera is extremely simple to use and has the benefit of a touch screen! To turn it on, you slide the front of the camera down and you're ready to go.
Excerpt: Sony's Cybershot DSC-T90 is a great point and shoot camera. I bought this camera used at a Best Buy during a refurbished sale. I wanted to replace a very outdated camera that I had. With a responsive touch screen and sleek/slim formfactor, this camera is perfect for quick pulling out to take shots while touring or whatever! But some minor issues keep this from being a 5 star camera. Quality: This camera has great build quality.
Excerpt: I really enjoy my sony cybershot digital camera. It is very easy to turn on but sometimes it turns on in my purse without me even noticing that it turned on. Then the battery drains and I have a dead camera when it comes time that I want to take a picture of something. I like the wrist strap that comes with the camera, it makes it very convient to carry when you are walking around someplace.
Summary: This camera was purchased to replace one just like it that had been stolen so I knew what it was like. The only thing was that the wrong owner's manual was sent with it and the box was a little tattered but all the parts and pieces were included that was necessary to operate the camera.
Summary: I received this camera for Christmas last year and have used it a lot. The pictures come out very nicely and it has a macro setting to get very close-up subjects. I have never had a problem with this camera so far, but I will say that my husband is a drummer and the crash of a cymbal has a weird effect on the sound. The bass drums come through well and videos upload onto youtube as HQ, but that weird cymbal noise is the only complaint I have.
Summary: I replaced my Sony DSLR with this because I rarely used the BIG DSLR camera. I wanted an ultra portable camera with great features without the hassle of "preparing" the camera for every shot I took. I love this camera for a lot of reasons: touch screen to configure and navigate, zoom lens works great without an actual lens that zooms in and out from the camera body, great build, super portable, and great battery life.
Excerpt: This is the first camera chosen by its color (pink model)... my wife really likes it. Portability is great and touch screens seems the way forward. Start up is quick, menu is ok. Not too bad for ultra compact point and shoot camera. Sliding cover protects lens. Problems: Image quality is not too good, bit soft and slow resulting in blurred pictures or missing the moment. The lens is in the top corner, so once in a while my finger gets in the way.
Summary: I use this for still and video. Wish I could zoom while recording video, but not that big a deal. I bought a refurbished. Seems to work very well. Read the manual thoroughly to understand this camera, it has a lot of features.
