List All 7 PricesSony's Cyber-shot T90 disappears in pockets and purses, making it a fantastic go-anywhere cam. We love running around during the summer – the beach, ball games, family gatherings, eating out – the usual stuff. In the heat, however, it’s no fun lugging around a hefty DSLR with several lenses. That’s why compact point-and-shoot cameras like the 12-megapixel T90 continue to sell well in this moribund economy. Read more
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T90's pretty colors and sleek, sliding faceplate alone will sell this camera. Oh, there's also the 3-inch all touch-screen LCD and babbling brook of Auto features like Smile Shutter and Blink Warning. However, we discovered that the Cyber-shot DSC-T90's image quality did not have enough stamina to endure a majority of our tests. We found some echelon of failure in every image, which was a major letdown. Read more

The Sony T90 offers equivalent focal lengths that range from a 35mm wide angle to a 140mm telephoto, while the maximum aperture varies from f/3.5 to f/4.6 across the zoom range. Macro focusing is possible down to a minimum of one centimeter in what Sony dubs "magnifying glass" mode.. Read more

Since I always bring it with me, I get the chance to take shots of every event I am involved in. A good example happened two months ago. My friends and I were on an out of town vacation. We were riding our tour bus when my friends decided to have pictures while riding. Since it is too bumpy, I know the shots won’t be that amazing since we are not in a passive position. Read more
I am so exhausted with messing with the settings to attempt to get a decent indoor photo. I have had this camera since 2009 and wish I would have taken it back for exchange immediately. This camera is getting a one star rating from me because of this list of pros / cons Pros: the slide cover keeps the shutter completely safe large view screen has held up great (i'm in a wheelchair and have dropped it a lot, no issues) Cons: extremely terrible battery life, even when off... For a subcompact camera (tiny lens), this camera takes fine pictures. Good, natural color saturation and sharp images. I've used mine for about 6 months now and have been very happy with it. Slips into my pocket and don't even know it is there. Build is very substantial for the size of the camera, heavy for such a small camera. I found the touchscreen menu system very easy to use compared to my other cameras (Nikon 5700, Olympus E-3). Read more
Overall a nice camera that can fit into your pocket so you always have it with you. Downside is you have to buy the sony memory sticks, which are more expensive that SD cards. Read more
I purchased mine in September of 2009 and it's already broken. I just turned it on one day and got this E:61.00 error. Of course it happened right after the warranty ran out (only 14 months old). I sent it in to Sony's repair company (Precision Camera) in CT and they want $189.00 to fix it. The reason I paid almost $500.00 for a Sony camera was because I thought it was quality and would it last. Take my advice, go with the cheap Casio camera or something. Read more
I originally had the DSC-T700 and recently lost it. I own the marine housing unit for it and realized that it also fit the DSC-T90. I love the cybershots but wasn't willing to spend $400+ on a camera that is 2+ years old so this was a lucky find. These are the best cameras I've ever owned. Compact, cool colors, great pic quality.
