Sony Cyber-shot 10.1 DSC-S950 Digital Camera gets the job done!
9 September 2012
Excerpt: This is our third Sony Cyber-shot. We have found them to be reliable cameras that take pretty good pictures. Though I'd love to think of myself of an amazing photographer the truth is the only reason our pictures come out decent is because of this camera. It has a steady-shot feature that keeps my shaking hands from ruining every picture. I can take mini-movies.
Excerpt: My parents got this camera for my daughter when she went on a Washington DC trip. I have since taken it over because it takes better pictures than my digital camera! The zoom is sufficient for most things and it has different settings to take better pictures depending on your surroundings and the subject of your picture. Most of the time we just use it on the easy setting. The flash is good and so it the red-eye reduction.
Excerpt: I purchased this camera because it was a 10MP camera with a record video option. I knew the video recording was not HD, so I was not expecting it to look spectacular. The record quality was about average for a normal SD camera, so it won't be replacing a standard HD camcorder or anything. As a camera, it functions quite well, and takes solid pictures. There is a fair delay after pressing the button as it attempts to "focus" on the subject. This does tend to lead to...
Excerpt: I absolutely love my digital camera. I purchased it before my freshman year of college (I'm currently a junior), and it has served me well through the ups and downs. I knew I wanted a camera with a rechargeable battery, because when I start taking pictures... if there isn't some kind of battery power limit, I could easily continue taking pictures beyond the life of the battery (and cost myself a small fortune!).
Excerpt: Background information: I got this phone as a mothers day gift May of 2009, before my daughter was born. It costs only $120 (on sale at K-Mart) Includes, battery charger, CD-rom for Sony camera program, memory-card USB, and the typical info booklets. Overview of product: This camera takes really good pictues. It has the different things for taking pictures like easy, iso, scn, and my personal favorite VIDEO. You can also take pictures in black&white, color, or sepia.
Excerpt: I have owned the Sony - Cyber-Shot DSC-S950 Digital Camera for about a year. For the price, it's a great camera. I have owned other Sony camera's and have always had good luck with them, so when I was in need of a new camera, I chose another Sony. I own a company where we clean out foreclosed homes. I am required to take anywhere from three to four hundred pictures on every job that I have to send to the clients.
Summary: This is a very nice camera!!!!! a lot of battery to take like 300 phots with flash!!!!! 8MP!!!!! very large phots!!!! the only Thing that I dont like it!! is that the flash is to poor and makes the nigth photos to become dark!!!! But still a very nice camera!!!
Excerpt: This is a great camera for on-the-go people because it is very compact and easy to carry around, either in your purse, diaper bag, pocket, etc. It takes good pictures and is pretty easy to use, in fact my 4-year-old can operate it. I use a DSLR for all of my "photography" pictures, but this one does the job for everyday use and times when I don't want to lug around my big camera. 10.1 MP gives good quality pictures for everyday use.
