8 April 2013
Summary: I don't have much to say a bout this product. it may be difference if I have bought the new one, but so far I have no luck from the last 2 used Sony Cyber-shot, Mechanicly they are brook down too easy.
Excerpt: I love the dsc h2 camera. I had an old Mavica and it worked great but I wanted something that could do action shots as well as having various settings that I can adjust. I also wanted a camera that could do fast shots. It also has burst mode and that is the bomb. I was at a party and was taking pics of the kids (4 yr olds) and the camera took clean crisp shots.
Excerpt: DSC-H2 - Nice camera enjoy using it and get very good photos - Can view some at my web site Used it in Alaska the zoom was very good for getting pictures. There are some at webshots under Mitchelmal4 if you are interested in seing them. Easy to use an can set up different settings. I liked he time setting for use with taking ictures of the northern lights.
Excerpt: This has got to be one of thw worst cameras I have ever owned. When I first got it, I was excited, as I've always had Sony products, and with the exception of one DVD player, I've never had an issue. Enter the DSC-H2. While it worked great for the first six months, the trouble begin shortly thereafter. The Auto-Focus (AF) quit working after 6 months. I had to PAY to ship it (under warrenty even) to have it "fixed". It then worked ok for the next year until, just 3...
Excerpt: The Sony DSC-H2 has a 12 zoom 6.0 mp, has scene modes and manual, aperture priorty and shutter priority modes, and is a great camera. You can add the telephoto and macro lenses. I owned the Sony DSC-H5 and the pictures were soft. The H2 the pictures are detailed, clear, sharp and crisp. Where has this camera been all my life? The sky is actually blue and I am wowing myself all the time with this camera.
Excerpt: Sony has improved on the H1 with an excellent quality picture format and the lowest noise level in its class. Yes, it only takes Sony memory sticks but I bought mine at Best Buy cheaper than Sandisk. Disregard DMM from Washington's rating as this person has been on every review I have looked at before purchasing my H2, knocking Sony. If you know anything about photography, it's there is only so much any mfg.
Excerpt: I've had this camera for a little over a year and love it. I've taken a ton of pics and love the quality. 12X Zoom - The zoom is great on this camera. It's one of the reasons I bought it. 6 Megapixels - Sure, nowadays you can get much higher megapixel count for around the same price but unless you are planning on blowing up huge posters, 6 megapixels is all you'll ever need. The quality is fantastic.
This is a high-quality digital camera that takes great photos.

Excerpt: After much research and shopping, I finally chose this camera to replace my smaller, older model. The main things I was looking for were a large zoom (this one has 10x optical) and a "sports" setting for action shots. This camera has both, plus lots more. It was very affordable at under $400, and I have gotten several great pictures from it, even though I haven't learned how to set all the manual settings myself yet.
Excerpt: I purchased my Sony Cybershot 4 years ago and am still very happy with it. It has an easy to use auto setting for point and shot picture taking and several additional settings for more advanced photography. The quality of the pictures is great whether I'm using them digitally or printing them out. Being a busy mom of 3 this camara has taken a beating and has held up to numerous vacations, along with my kids wanting to play photographer.
Easy for beginners, versatile for more advanced photographers.

Excerpt: It's a good camera for a beginner or intermediate photographer. It takes high quality photos and good quality videos. I recommended it to my sister, who bought one too. I use mine every day for just taking snapshots of the kid and cats, but I take it with me and use it along with my 35mm Canon when I shoot weddings, proms, baby and family portraits, and my freelance stuff. I actually find myself using it MORE than the 35mm now, because film is expensive and the...
