Summary: This is an excellent product and is very capable, I have been using the Sony Alpha range for years now I with some great results. However be careful which package you choose, I would suggest taking the standard Sony Lenz Package PLUS the Sony 55 -200 lens option.

Summary: As a first, the Sony Alpha a550 is a great starter camera. Its not bulky, and is also light. Which makes the camera so easy to carry around. 7 frames per second provide an extremely fast camera.
