Digital Camera Review
2 August 2013
  • Summary: One of the most interesting recent developments in the ongoing digital imaging revolution is the introduction of the travel zoom point and shoot digital camera. Travel zooms look and handle like compact P&S cameras, but they feature extra long zoom lenses (typically 10x to 25x) and manual exposure options not included on the flood of auto exposure only compact cameras now inundating the marketplace.
  • Pros: fast maximum aperture, neutral colors, integral handgrip, excellent image quality
  • Cons: LCD is prone to glare, no RAW mode

  • Cons: Images suffer at high ISO settings. Not the sharpest LCD. Slightly bulky. Rolling shutter evident in video. In-camera battery charging only.

CHIP Online

Das versöhnt allerdings nur bedingt in Anbetracht der bescheidenen Bildqualität inklusive hoher Weichzeichnung und störender Abbildungsfehler.
  • Pros: Brennweite, WLAN, Touchscreen
  • Cons: Detailverlust, Auflösung, Farbsäume im Tele
