Once you've figured out the camera, it can take great pics

Summary: I bought this camera from a Black Friday Sale last year because, being a new mom, I was taking tons of pictures of the baby, with a decent camera, but I wanted great pics. I, personally, don't think this is a camera for a novice, or someone who doesn't care how the camera works as long as when you snap a photo, and its good. The Auto settings aren't enough to always take a clear picture, but are too dominate when you have it in Program mode.
Summary: The Samsung WB100 camera is fair in its functions and many features. However, over the 8 months I have used the Samsung, my disappoint comes from over 50% of the images come out blur or photos are under lite (dark). I end up miss getting good family, friends and macro shots accurately. I have read the Samsung users manual through 3 times, but I still find the Menu features are not 'user friendly' in identifying and selecting the right feature(s).
Summary: I was hesitant to spend the money on a real camera but I wanted something I could maybe get nicer pics from than just my phone. It has lots of nice features for the price. I spent a little more and bought a card and camera bag for all under 150.
