Summary: Broke after having less than a year. Camera locked in open position even if it was off. Took back to best buy and they had to repair it but when I got it back it was locked in the video mode. So I returned it again and opted to get a new one even though it would cancel my warranty.
Summary: the camera is just a regular ole camera it does not do anything special to me...the front lcd screen is okay but I still get arm shots..the pictures are ok, not fantastic, the only time I get a decent photo is when I use the backlight feature and the beauty shot you mind as well forget about it all the pictures come out blurry..
Summary: I got this camera at Best Buy and 2 days after the purchase the screen started to freeze when pressing the button to preview the pics. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged for another one the same day. The new one started to do the same and worse. When it freezes, I can't even turn it off. I need to remove the battery in order to do so and most times when I turn it back on, it's still frozen!! I don't what to do.
Summary: I've owned both the TL225 and the TL220 (this review applies to both in that they are so similar) in the past 9 months and have had the same problems with each model. The main problem is that each camera has displayed "stuck" pixels in every picture taken. The location and color of these pixels varies, but I've owned four models and they've all displayed this problem. The pixels are usually red or green, and typically appear around the center of the picture.
Summary: I have gone through THREE of these cameras, they break for no reason. I am an avid picture taker and was So excited to get this camera with the dual screens so me and my son could take fun pictures as well as me and my friends while we are out. All I did was turn the thing on and the lens got stuck in the on position and the screen wouldnt turn on at all. I took the battery in and out a few times and still nothing. It took great pictures when it did work.
Summary: I love every feature of this product EXCEPT the battery life is horrible. I can get no more than 3 hours worth of shooting, and that isn't continuous shooting. I know how to charge a battery, so it's not me...really. I am so anxious when I use this camera. The low battery indicator's red light makes my heart fall. I can't capture any event with assurance. So much for my cousins wedding and reception. I actually carried 2 cameras on the day of this event.
