The Samsung DualView ST700 is a digital camera that is powered by a 1/2.33 inch CCD that provides users with up to 16.1 megapixel images. It has a zoom range of 1.0x ~ 5.0x for still image and 1.0x~13.5x for play mode. The Samsung DualView ST700 is supported by a Samsung 5X zoom lens with f=4.7~23.5mm focal length (26~130mm 35mm film equivalent), Dual Optical Image Stabilization and Digital Image Stabilization, Easy Self shot, a 3.0 wide touch screen LCD with 230K color support, a 1.8 inch front LCd, Front display feature modes, Smart Access UI, Magic Frame, Magazine Album, Face Detect and Tracking, Smart Face Recognition, Smart Auto 2.0, Smart Filter 2.0, Smart Album, Magazine Album, Beauty Shot, 720p HD movie recording, HDMI CEC support, built-in SW (Intelli-Studio), Multi Slide Show, and up to 3200 ISO sensitivity. The Samsung DualView ST700 retails for $279.99 and is available in March.

Features

The Samsung DualView ST700 is a digital camera that features a 1.8 inch LCD display on its front panel which allows users to compose self portrait shots. The camera also features Face Detection which automatically detects and recognizes faces at the same time; Beauty Shot which adjusts brightness and face tone, Smart Access user interface (UI) which is a touch-based UI that allows users to drag, click and control application style icons on its 3.0” wide touch LCD screen to flip through photos, and control a range of the camera’s features. The camera also has HD Movie recording feature; Smart 2.0 filters, such as ‘soft focus’, ‘half-tone dot’, ‘cinema’, ‘fish-eye’, ‘miniature’ and ‘sketch’; Magic Frame feature which allows users to create formatted postcards or posters to share with friends and family; Samsung’s Smart Auto feature where the camera analyzes key elements of the shot like brightness, color and motion and automatically adjusts the camera’s settings for an optimized image. Smart Auto features up to 16 different modes for images and four for video;and an HDMI output for connectivity to a TV.
