Summary: I have Lumix DMC-ZS3, which is a great megazoom compact camera. But I also needed small pocket camera that I can easily carry around without sacrificing the image quality much. This one fills my needs almost perfectly. It has good 3" LCD screen and fairly long lasting battery.
Summary: I've had this camera for about a month and a half and am impressed with its capabilities, especially at the price I paid (about $130). I'm a bit of a camera fan with a DSLR (Sony A350) and a super zoom point and shoot (Canon S2 IS) but went looking for a new pocket/briefcase camera when an older...
Summary: The manual is useless. It only shows you how to get started on camera. It show nothing about any of the camera functions in details. But that's okay because this camera is so intuitive and simple to use.
Pros: I love all the functions. The camera is much smaller than I had expected. It is not something I want to drop on the floor.
Cons: The video processing may take a while but it is understandable. This is probably my fault but my camera actually froze when it was processing videos. I think it was because I ran out of space on my SDHC card. I talked with a live chat person and they helped me right away; apparently, all you can ...
Summary: When my sony cybershot's lens decided to malfunction after I had the camera just over two years, I wanted to get a camera that was similar but not a sony since I was mad about the malfunction and the fact that it would cost me the same to send it to sony for repair as it would to buy a new camera.
Summary: For the price it's a very good digital camera, photo quality is very good in daylight, Ok indoors, the best about camera is video, specially MP4 format, it makes video files almost 4 times smaller than avi, but if you record in HD need a fast computer to view videos well.
Summary: New Samsung Model. I bought 3. One for each of my Children. I currently own a samsung NV10 and love it. The SL720 has great features and takes awesome pictures. It has a zoom feature that you can bring your image in closer after taking the picture to make a close up from a far away shot.
Summary: This is a great camera for the money. I had originally purchased an Olympus fe that felt cheap, and returned for the Samsung. This camera feels solid and has really nice features, image quality, hd video all for under $200. Hard to beat and a definite upgrade from my 5mp Lumix
Pros: Solid feel and build, hd video recording with sound and good wide angle zoom. Large bright lcd with simple menus for shot selections. Useful scene selections that are easy to navigate. Macro feature nice for extreme closeups. Links up directly to Samsung tv via usb to view pictures and video and ...
Cons: Lcd screen has one hot pixel Battery meter shows three bars then was dead 2 minutes later, and can only charge battery through camera with plug or usb.
Summary: This camera is light for travel. I like the dual image (optical & digital) stability feature. Most of the pictures I took with this camera are not sharp so if you are looking for the camera to take sharp pictures, this one is not for you. On the other hand, the 720P video quality is not too bad.
