Excerpt: I got this camera after i saw my friend's. Have it for about a year or so. I love it. It takes great pictures. and i like the fund things you can do with the camera. The only thing I will complaine about is when you take video with it. If you are in a place where the lighting is bad the pictures will come out dark. But with the program that comes with the camera you can fix it up with editing, depending how dark the video is.
Excerpt: I researched and read reviews on many cameras I finally bought this camera for my daughter for Christmas, the price was right the reviews were good and I loved the red color. My test of taking pictures was done outside, at night, this camera actually took nicer pics then my friends high priced big camera! At that point I was sold. I am impressed with the size, ease of use and the great pics it took so I went and bought another one for myself!!
Great in every aspect except depletes batteries too fast.

Excerpt: This camera is wonderful in every aspect except that I have to change the batteries often. Pictures are crystal clear and it is very user friendly. I have tried other digital cameras and have had trouble with seeing the image in the view finder unless the lighting was very bright. This camera does not have this issue in any way. The view finder works better than any other digital camera I have used or owned. You will be pleased especially given its price.
Excerpt: The Samsung S730 Digital camera is a good buy for the money. It has many different settings that are user friendly and relevant to the average, everyday picture taker! It comes in a variety of colors, such as black, silver and lime green, among others. It has 7.2 megapixels and ASR (Advanced Shake Reduction) It is compact enough to fit in a bag, so you don't set it down and leave it somewhere.
Excerpt: It came time for me to upgrade my digital camera. I wanted an affordable, well rounded camera for everyday use. I found it with the Samsung S730. It is perfect for everything. I have taken Christmas portraits, and birthday portraits with it. I take it on vacations and take lots of pictures around the house. I compared a lot of cameras before I finally settled on this one and I am glad I did. With the right batteries you can take loads of pictures on one charge.
Summary: Tried out the camera at a family wedding. The quality of the pictures is excellent. The settings are relatively easy to figure out. The only negative thing I noticed was that the batteries don't last very long, so make sure you have plenty of them when you go out to take pictures.
Great camera for $100 (plus $20 NiMH rechargeables, plus $20 512MB memory card)

Summary: My (very thoughtful) uncle gave me a Samsung Digimax S630 6MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Advanced Shake Reduction Zoom (Black) and a 512MB card for my graduation, which took about 30 pictures, went through 4 batteries, and promptly died, not to be awoken again. We took it back, and upgraded to this S730, which has given me comparatively very little trouble--and with a nicer picture quality.
Summary: I bought this camera for my girlfriend over a year ago. We used standard alkaline batteries, and literally after three to five flash pictures, the batteries were toasted. We assumed that we just got a dud camera, and it has sat unused for a year. I'm surprised we hadn't thrown it away. Then, after reading other reviews on this site, we got some Kodak 2500mAH rechargeable camera batteries and put them in this camera. IT'S WORKING GREAT NOW!
Summary: The camera is sleek, light and easy to carry. Zoom is decent and picture quality also good. What surprised me is that I did not expect good night-time pictures with this camera. However, the night-time pictures are great! Great buy for less than $100.
