Summary: I researched cameras before choosing this one. Easy to start using right away, downloading to my computer was not so easy . Out of our. 3 computers only one will allow me to download . Know that the charger cord is also used to plug into your computer, it is the cable and charger . I still have not figured out how to do continuous shooting. Right now I would have to recommend you pass on this camera and look at others.
Summary: Liked this camera for it's size, sensor size, and interchangeable lenses. Also have a Nikon 5200 that I like a lot, but it was too heavy for me to carry for an active international trip, so bought the NX300 and lenses. Fit well into a camera backpack with room for other items, and it is very attractive, has a retro look. The first one I purchased had an electronic problem, would not turn off, and the seller gave me a full refund.
Summary: This camera is great in low light as well as most mildly lit situations, however in bright light the back LCD is very difficult to see. The other issue I have is palm dialing. In other words while holding the camera with your right hand at times the LCD changes unexpectedly to other images or options and you loose what you were aiming at. The white color is fun for a change. I shot a lot outside so light is an issue for me. That's why a 3+ rating overall.
Summary: The camera is very good, but most of stuff that you get in the bundle is practically useless. The SD card is OK, the HDMI cable too, the tripod is a maybe… But outside those: - 0.45x and 2x lens "add-ons": do not use them on the 20-50mm. They are heavy and put the AF motor in a considerable stress. The quality is horrible, I didn't even need to go pixel peeping to notice all kinds of aberrations.
