Hope the older software does not reflect quality of images

Summary: I just received this camera. My one star reflects the software. I was incredibly disappointed to see that Lightroom 4 was included. Adobe just recently upgraded Lightroom to their version 6 and certainly I did not expect to find that in the box.

Summary: I bought this in december 3 for my hubby for his christmas present then he just open his gift yesterday because we spend our christmas in georgia so we exchange gift just yesterday when he look at it,it has scratches on the side they said brand new but look like used already!!!

Summary: I bought this camera in June for a once in a lifetime trip and the day before we fly out I pull it out to charge and the touch screen does not work and with this being the only way to take pictures the camera I have used twice and spent lots of money far all the accessories does not work.
Summary: This is a great camera. However, if anything goes wrong with it, good luck with Samsung customer service. I bought the camera and was so enthused about it, I also bought two additional lenses, which are great.

Summary: I bought this camera as a Christmas gift for my friend. After one day of Christmas day use the the screen locked. After a call to Tech Support we were told that this brand NEW camera that cost over $500 needed repair.
Summary: I got a bad camera!! The screen goes wrong. Is divided and placed randomly pink, not allowing you to see anything. Now I must see to fix it, and I have no service Samsung where I live in Argentina. A huge headache and a waste of time and money. What a disappointment!! Unpresentable
Summary: I bought my NX300 for full retail price of USD 600 at the beginning of 2014. Now after using it only sparingly for the last one and a half years it won't turn on any more. Samsung informs me there is a flat fee of USD 190 to get it repaired.
