Summary: I really wanted to give this camera a 5 Star rating but the slow photo processing speed forced me to drop it one star. I read this in other pro, and user, reviews so I expected it but it really can be annoying at times.
Summary: I got this at $499, so its a pretty good deal. But at $599+, it's simply not worth it. Here's 5 reason why it's not worth it: 1) It doesn't auto focus as well as the Sony A6000, response time is a tad slow and accuracy in low-light is lackluster. You can forget about tracking moving shots.
Summary: Just so you know, I'm reviewing this camera from being owner of a Canon Rebel SL1, Canon Rebel T3i, Canon Rebel XTI, Canon G16, Nikon DX40 and Nikon D3300 I bought this camera just a couple of days ago and I am impressed.
Summary: Love it ...moving from nikon d700 and nikon d300. This thing feels much lighter and still means business. I used it for wedding for the first time about 3 months ago. Some thing that could be improved: the battery life, the start up time could be faster, the auto focus seems a tad slower than nikon...

Summary: Great start camera, takes great shots for what i need it for, so light and easy to use, fast FPS rate. i am new to amature photography and this has, and is a great learning experience. I feel it can be taken anywhere and just using the auto, take some nice snaps, has a great feel about it..
Excerpt: For a beginner or a intermediate user, this camera is perfect. It features a lot of basic functions and offers you a wide range of configurations. Yet it has a lot of pre-configurated features, that makes it easy to use and creates beautiful pictures at once.
Summary: I liked the camera, but sent it back and bought the nikon d5300. Did this because more lenses are available for the nikon. The samsung worked great, picture quality was very good and its size is nice. If it had more lenses, more pixels, a gps and longer battery I would buy it
I couldn't figure out if there was a way to sharpen it or if it was just like that. Samsung support was no help

Summary: Overall this is a really decent camera that can contend with the other DSLR's out there. One quick tip that has caused me a lot of grief- Out of the box the viewfinder was extremely blurry. I couldn't figure out if there was a way to sharpen it or if it was just like that.
GREAT for photos, NEEDS HELP with external mic audio

Summary: I originally rated this 1 star because video recorded with an external mic plugged into the 3.5mm jack produces tons of hiss (camera has horrible preamps, which is common across all brands of DSLRs).
