The HZ10W is a 10.2 mega‑pixel digital camera by Samsung. This compact digital camera features an ultra-wide angle 24mm Schneider lens which is said to be different from the others around. It also features a 10x optical zoom with telephoto capabilities of 240mm. It was released in early 2009. This digital camera measures 61.4 x 105 x 36.5 mm (H x W x D) and weights 219g. It is available in black and silver variants.

The HZ10W features an ultra-wide 24mm Schneider lens with 10x optical zoom. It also features a couple of manual controls such as adjusting the shutter speed, aperture, exposure, and focus. It has the optical and digital image stabilization which makes it able to capture video in 720p high-definition at 30 fps. It also comes with a H.264 compression which in turn allows the use of the Optical Image Stabilization and the 10x optical zoom at the time of capturing the video. It is said that the Samsung HZ10W has true mechanical image stabilization.
