The lens is super sharp and the camera operation remarkably smooth

Summary: I do not know of a more versatile point-and-shoot than this little gem with huge potential. The lens is super sharp and the camera operation remarkably smooth. The only drawbacks: tiff file missing & manual flash mode nonexistent. It saddens me immensely that Samsung phased out this model earlier with no improved new model to replace it. What a shame! Samsung, you were on right track before, what happened?
Summary: I looked at the Sony RX100 series for awhile but just couldn't justify spending $700+ on one. I saw the EX2F on Flickr and was blown away by the images of this camera. I really wanted a smaller camera for casual outings and something small enough to store somewhere safe in my pocket when I'm traveling. The build quality is impressive and the F1.4 lens is a huge plus for me since I do a lot of night and indoor shooting.
Summary: I like that it is good at close ups because I sell online. I don't mind removing the lens cap before you can turn it on. You have to remove it anyway to take a picture! It is compact enough for a coat pocket or a purse but don't try to put it in your pants pocket. The one thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is I got no users manual with it. I'll have to try to get one from Samsung. Hassle.
Summary: First, the box of camera is dirty, and the sticker which symbols new or used was broken. Inside the box, the battery's bag was tore by somebody, and direction's bag does not like new. If it is return product, seller should be honest.
Summary: The camera is everything I was looking for in a camera except for a little more zoom. The wide angle lens is great. I wanted to replace a Canon camera I had that has the articulating viewfinder. The Canon cameras with articulating viewfinders are all above the price range I was wanting. This Samsung has a lot of nice features including wi-fi. Once you set it up, which was easy enough, your pictures go right to the cloud for storage and viewing.
Summary: This camera has a great feature set with an articulating screen, built-in Wi-Fi and a very fast 1.4 aperture. Overall it does all one would want with a camera in this class which is to take good images. The auto white balance seems to struggle at times to get the right color cast but it can be corrected with most editing apps.
Summary: I bought this camera on December 2013. At first it didn't have any problems and all the pictures came out great. They were all super clear and crisp. However now on March 2014 the camera is starting to act up. Some pictures I take come out blank and other pictures come out half missing. The camera now focuses on the background instead of people in front. So everything in front is a little blurry while the background is super crisp.
