Summary: My Kodak gave up on me after 10 years loyal service, and I decided to try the Samsung, looks nice, nice and small with a big screen at the back and good size dials and buttons (very good when your wear glasses).
Summary: I've had this camera for nearly 6 months and it has already died on me. The photo quality is poor, the shooting modes are confusing, the facial detection seems to focus on everything but people's faces and the battery life is short.
Summary: I initially bought this as I was going on holiday and didn't have a good digital camera. I also needed it for occassions. I managed to get the camera very cheap at the time from Amazon as this camera was reduced at the time so I was very pleased with the purchase.
Summary: I bought this camera on special offer through this site and wanted a point and shoot and thats exactly what i got, the photos are great! the video is really good quality, I havent tried all the features yet as i am a bit technophobic and just wanted a camera to catch the kids playing, the dog...
Summary: Having had the camera for two days, my initial impressions are very favourable. I have to explore all the features, but it all seems straightforward and taking pics in simple; first results are more than I expected, especially in terms of clarity and definition
Excerpt: When we discovered that our digital camera had given up the ghost we went on the hunt for a new one. We wanted one that would be simple to use but took very good quality pictures as we had a new baby & wanted to have good pictures to look back on.
Summary: Very very disappointed with the quality of the photos. I bought the 10 megapix model to replace an 8 Meg Samsung that was stolen and the old camera was better . Pics are just not sharp enough nor are the colours true or good enough.
