  • Summary: screen quality is soooo bad ! it's ACL technology & it's outdated. Photos are as good as (bad) cellphone photos product is really small. there is problem with all my SD cards (not HC, cause i know it'll be not work) only 32mb MMC card which is comming with this item is ok. only the square format is interesting, but if you want quality, try RICOH's compacts.

too expensive for what it delivers

  • Summary: cute little device making square pictures, but there are too many problematic issues that make it useless as a regular camera. it's too small for handling and shooting photos without a tripod. moreover, the picture in the viewer is not mirrored like in the original Rolleiflex, kind of disturbing. I am waiting and hoping for the real thing, a Rolleiflex F or G with built-in digital sensor and some 50-80MP.
  • Pros: Square picture format
  • Cons: Autofocus problematic, Crank mechanism broken, Crank state not displayed, No date or time with file, No perpetual numbering, No use for tripod, Picture not mirrored, Poor dynamic range, Poor image quality

Excellent

  • Summary: A lot of fun and takes surprisingly nice photos. You have to have a creative eye and realize that it is essentially a toy camera and not expect to get super pro quality shots like you would with an SLR, but more that charming lo-fi quality. In film terms, this is like a Holga compared to a Hasselblad. But this camera is tiny and easy to tote around and a lot of fun to use.
  • Pros: Durable, High Quality
  • Cons: Expensive

Rolleiflex MiniDigi AF 5.0 Digital Camer

  • Summary: The camera was so small that your finger often gets in the way of the lens. Though there are 2 lenses on there for looks, only the lower one works- which is directly near the button to take photos. It's cute for sure- but the screen is small, and the camera buttons small.
  • Pros: Easy Setup, Short Lag Time
  • Cons: Poor Operation in Low Light, Small LCD Screen, Weak Construction
