Summary: My granddaughter got married on 6/15, and this camera was supposed to be used for a photo registry. We were going to take pictures of the guests and have them personalize each photo. The camera printed 10 photos then wouldn't print any more. We had over 10 packs of film, but the camera would not print. You don't wait until the last minute to get things together for a wedding.
Summary: I was not impressed by it's look & feel. judging by the way the screen "pops up" for you to view it I got the impression it was cheaply made. It would take clear video but pictures had horizontal lines through them, even when transferred to my PC to view them. I didn't use the print feature since I could not take a clear picture. My guess is that I just got a bad one but i returned it rather than exchanging it.
Summary: This product was a huge dissapointment. There is no replacement for the original polaroid camera. This camera is merely a digital camera with a built in printer. Hard to hold, buttons are small, and just generally an inconvenient way to catch the moment. Use your cell phone for better results, lol. I can say that the return process was exemplary and I had the chance to try out the camera for the cost of return shipping.
I love Polaroid but these instant-photos are pretty bad...

Summary: Pictures look amazing on the LCD screen, even more amazing when you crop, and add borders. But when i printed my very first picture, camera got jammed. After trying fixing that pain in the neck problem, the pictures look very bad. White colors look literally pink. It's nothing close as old-school polaroid instant pictures. I got exited for nothing.
Summary: I love cameras - i have multiple cameras for multiple uses and this is the absolute worst ever. The quality of the prints are terrible. The paper turns sort of a bluish color. The battery life is terrible and to top it all off, i lost my charger and there is no such thing as a replacement charger in Polaroid-land. Really...you CANNOT buy a replacement charger.
Paper Jam - no description about jams in user manual - inusfficient support page

Summary: I got the camera for my wife as a birthday gift. Because some said to ignore the bad reviews I did. After only 3 prints, the paper jamed. There is nothing about paper jams in the user manual!! The polaroid support page has no FAQs or upgrades or anything like this, just a bunch of telefone numbers and email addresses. Half of the email addresses do not work!!! The camera concept is very nice but right now it is out of service for us, and support is not reachable.
Walk away! ZINK and Polaroid are just not ready for most people's enjoyment.

Summary: This camera was a total frustration for me. It prints poorly. It's slow. It jammed. It's a poor digital camera. It's menu system for effects and settings was designed by somebody that didn't understand that users should not have to tunnel down via unintuitive menu trees. Users are limited to only using the camera to capture data to print.
Summary: Got this camera for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, it still needs work. On the second picture to print, there was paper jam and this shut down the camera. It would not take any further pictures. I could not remove the paper jam. Ruined Christmas for my 3 year old grand daughter. Was promptly refunded by seller. Great customer service.
