Excerpt: I absolutely LOVE this camera. I like the fatc that it came with the gelle cover that keeps me from damaging it when it gets dropped. I dont like though that the 8mp feature is really SUCKY unless it is a still object. If the object moves, the picture becomes blurry. If you are pretty tech savvy and know how to change settings, then change this to 4mp and you have a winner!!
Excerpt: This camera is small, simple, and inexpensive. However, the quality of the pictures is quite impressive. it's an easy process to transfer them onto the computer. I love that it's compact but cute. It's a very durable little camera. Lol. Overall, I like it. It doesn't have much storage space without a memory card, but what camera does anymore? The only thing I don't care for is the video feature. It's extremely limited.
Excerpt: The Polaroid i830 was the starting point for myself for digital cameras and is a good value for those looking for one under $100. This camera comes equipped with 8.0 megapixels, 3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom for a combined 12x zoom and a 2.5" LCD display on the back and takes the standard SD cards as well as double A batteries. It also includes a cable to plug into USB.
Summary: This camera was my child's and I loved it! So user friendly AND it takes great pictures! I broke it and spent two years trying to replace it but never found one either of us liked as well. It's just so easy to use without having to memorize the user manual. I finally came here and found one from a retailer still in packaging. I've never been happier!
Summary: Just got this to replace my 7.0 Polaroid that went out. It is easy to use and a good value for the average family photographer. It connects easily to the computer to fix your pictures or email them. It can shoot video or low light pictures, also pictures of children but it is great for scenery. I don't like the smile detection as well as other features but for the money I don't think you can beat it.
