Excerpt: I love this tiny camera. It gives me the ability to change lenses and shoot RAW and has full manual exposure if I want it, but also lets me always have my camera on me everywhere I go. The images I make with it are more than sufficient quality for the kind of photography I enjoy. That the adapter to let me use my K-mount lenses gives me even more options and gives me what amounts to super-telephoto reach is just icing on the cake.
Pros: Easy to Use, Fast Shutter Speed, Great Resolution, Great Zoom, Large Clear LCD, Small / Compact
Excerpt: The Q7 is a nice improvement on the original Q. I want a small carry everywhere camera which I can adapt to the specific task whether at work, home or in the field. The interchangeable lenses make that possible. For hiking I carry the two lenses in this kit in a small belt bag with extra batteries. With the 02 and 06 I am covered from 23mm to 205mm. The image quality when the camera is used carefully is excellent.
Pros: Easy to Use, Fast Shutter Speed, Great Resolution, Great Zoom, Small / Compact
Excerpt: A great update to the original Q. Despite switching from a metal to a plastic body I would highly recommend this camera. If you have the original Q or Q10 this camera is well worth updating too. The screen is a major improvement; in detail, brightness and accuracy. Also the in camera jpg engine is significantly improved (I now shoot RAW+JPG). The image quality, dynamic range and color etc is much improved due to the larger sensor.
Pros: Easy to Use, Large Clear LCD, Small / Compact
There is a lot of bang for the buck in this camera.

Summary: I realized I needed a small travel camera while in S. America. I had taken a Pentax K-01 mirrorless camera which turned out to be too cumbersome in many situations. I researched this camera for nearly six months before making my purchase. The Pentax Q7 is the smallest interchangeable lens camera available, period. It can be used as a handy point and shoot camera, but spend a little time with it and you will discover it has the flexibility of a fully featured DSLR.
Summary: There's tons of reviews of this out on the broader internet. Here's really all you need to know. It's tiny. You can carry it and several lenses in your average single compartment video bag. It also takes great pictures. It's the power of an entry level DSLR, without having to carry around the DSLR. When I want to go pro, I bust out my DSLR. When I want quick shots of our toddler, this is much easier to carry with the diaper bag and 3 tons of other stuff toddlers need.

Summary: The camera is great, unbelievable. I was a dedicated Canon EOS til I got the Penax K-50...great camera, but to much to carry on a daily basis. Watched YouTube, saw Bounty, and his rant on the "Q" being the Bestest camera in the world. So I bought it, and have proceed to buy 80 % of the options that fit it. Amazing camera.
