Summary: This camera seems to be ideal for the occasional user with just about the right number of facilities. Very compact and user friendly. Initial feelings are that it could be a bit tough on battery usage, and don't forget to get a memory card.
Summary: We bought this as a birthday present fo our granddaughter (nine years). She seems to have mastered the technology very rapidly (they do at that age)and has taken some good photographs. The type of battery is good for someone of her age, but the non-rechargeablr type does run down. the film-card was part of the birthday present and seems to have worked OK. Delivery of both was on or before the dayes predicted.
Summary: Bought the Pentax E90 after getting sand into my lovely Canon SX110 and realising I didn't really need an expensive mega-zoom for taking pictures of the kids. For fifty quid this is a real bargain and performs much better than most other budget cameras I've looked at. The anti-shake works well and the panoramic feature is very intuitive, matching up the edges well.
Summary: Item was delivered promptly but was faulty. This was the first time I had had to return an item. Very quickly replaced by working one. I was very happy with the service although it would have been better if it had been right first time
Summary: This was purchased as a replacement for Canon A420 when lense jammed. Easy to take good pictures without having to resort to the manual. Pictures taken outdoors in good light are excellent, indoors using flash acceptable but no worse than available from any digital camera with built in flash. Face detection good as focus is on the purpose of the picture rather than the background.
