Summary: Pros: light weight, inexpensive Cons: Pictures quality is blurry; does not auto focus well, lcd is hard to see in daylight, battery life is very, very short, take a lot of extra batteries. I bought this Camera for my wife about a year ago.
Summary: I've had this camera for 2 years and have taken it with me on beach vacations. I set the scenery to beach view and get great color saturation of the turquoise and emerald water of the Florida panhandle area.
Summary: I bought this camera for my son. He only got to use iy a couple of times before it stopped taking pictures. screen would be WHITE. You could view old pics but anu new pics would just be blank. He was very disappointed.
Summary: I have a Nikon D40, two Panasonic Lumix DCs, an HP DC, but the Pentax E60 DC performs the best overall. Ideal night scene mode for low light shootings, extra ISO helps a lot. I'll buy a Pentax DSLR next time.
Summary: FIRST I WILL TALK ABOUT MY FIRST PURCHASE-THE OLYMPUS FE-25 10MP CAMERA: I purchased this camera off e-bay factory-refurbished. I love the look of this Olympus camera-very sleek and sophisticated. But it was all show and not go.
Summary: I bought this Pentax camera on a whim just before a recent trip to Vegas. I got great shots of all the main Vegas area landmarks, day and night. I found the camera small, lightweight, comfortable, and so easy to use, I was able to figure out everything I needed w/o reading any directions.
Summary: I have taken outside photos that have great color. Inside not so much. Eats AA batteries. My little Canon will take hundreds of photos on a charge. This one needs rechargeables or it will break you. The Optio is a light and simple pocket camera, but it's not a star.
Summary: As a very amateur photographer I love this camera. Very Easy to Use, inside the house well lighted area pictures are very sharp. What amazed me was that landscape photos with the Panorama mode on turned out far nicer than I expected. And night photos with the flash were surprisingly good too.
