Summary: This is a very good point and shoot camera with a cool 16:9 12mp feature to capture still images that fill the widescreen TV format. If you don't want to spend the money or have the need for the drop-proof, water-proof, etc.-proof WG series from Pentax, this fits-in-your-pocket camera is ideal. Yes, this is not a DSLR, but try to fit the K-5 in your pocket.
Summary: The camera is small and stylish and takes good photographs. The front of the camera may be customised for effect with ready-made cut out designs supplied for application. The buttons/switches are very small though and as such the camera would probably not be suited for someone with big hands ! .
Summary: I was replacing my old pentax S type and although little bigger in size it still fits in my shirt pocket and gives good results . Ease of carrying and using means it can be used regularly and I dont have to carry a big SLR
Summary: I am very pleased with this camera and have taken a few hundred photos with it very satisfactorily. The size means that it certainly slips into a pocket. I was surprised to find that in order to recharge the battery you can only do while the battery is in the camera and therefore you cannot use the camera while you are recharging the battery.
Summary: First thing i was drawn to on this camera to be honest, was the size, needed something really small for the pocket, but with as many features as possible,I needed a camera with me at all times, as i paint a lot, and always see things that will inspire me to paint, and these can be at any time in any place, also i go to a lot of weekends away at parties and clubs, so again needs to be small .
