Excerpt: The first DSLR that i brought after a long history with Point and Shoots. However i had already tried a few Olympus units before purchases. Not going to repeat what the reviews say, but overall the camera has been stellar specially in the high ISO department.
Summary: First off, I'm not going into a full review of this camera, as that was done very well by several other reviewers. I will however, list the immediate pros and cons. Pros: 4.7 fps continuous shooting, excellent low light capability, excellent value.
Summary: We just got back from a Disney Vacation, and it took wonderful pictures. All the Disney employees remarked how they loved the color, and they loved the pictures it took. This is the best camera we have ever owned, and we have had quite a few!
Summary: I have shot Canons and Nikons of various levels and bang for the buck you cannot get a better value than the Kx. The high ISO is astounding, comparable to cameras costing three and four times as much. Entry level does not do the Kx justice.
Summary: I've had this camera a little over a month and love it. I carried it on vacation and took about 200 pictures with it. The pictures are very crisp and clear. It copies the images to the memory card fast and it does well in low light. It feels very sturdy and is easy to hold with one hand.
