I've always found refurbished excellent

Excerpt: This camera lacks only one unimportant feature to be like the ZS40. I haven't used it yet but one good feature is that it uses he same battery as my ZS20 which has now failed. I have two extras and a charger. The ZS40 uses a different battery.
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast/accurate auto-focus, Good Image Quality, Good Image Stabilization, Good in Low Light, Great Zoom, Short Lag Time, Small / Compact
Summary: After doing some research, I decided on the Lumix ZS25 since I had the Lumix ZS20 but lost it. It is what I expected and what I was looking for. Some thing easy to operate. For the price, it is a great value.
Excerpt: My wife and I have had previous Lumixes and liked them very much. We wanted a camera with a moderate zoom lens for an upcoming trip, but have no need for GPS or Wifi. After investigating the many possibilities we decided to go for the ZS25. We're IA people all the way, and so far the ZS25 has delivered. It takes some getting used to the lighter plastic body than previous Lumixes, but not a great concern.
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast/accurate auto-focus, Good Image Quality, Good Image Stabilization, Good in Low Light, Great Zoom
Summary: This is a small light weight (0.426 lb.) camera that has most all features that the larger SLR cameras have. It is a 16.1 mega pixels camera with optical 20 x zoom lens. There are many more features that I don't have room to list here. The quality of pictures it takes is very crisp and professional looking. It will automatically make adjustments automatically, or you can set them manually. This is the best camera I have ever used, and I have used many over my life time.
