Summary: This camera has a great "feel", but this particular model was worthless to me because I don't speak or read Japanese. I was impressed with the promptness of the shipping but discouraged that the order placement did not specify that all the instructions internal and external would be in Japanese.
Summary: I ordered this camera without any information that this is the Japanese version of TZ30. In your description of the camera you did NOT mention so. After trying to find out more information online I discovered that I am not the only person who has had this same problem.
Summary: it is better to announce everyone here that you are selling a local product with your own language. before they decide to pick your items. most of softwares come with a flixable optoins to replace it or upgrade it accept this one ! Firmware update service will never help ...really disappointed !!
Summary: I ordered this camera without any information that on Amazon that this is the Japanese version of the TS-20. The TZ30 has only Japanese language. I have asked to return it to Amazon and am waiting on a RMA number.
Summary: I was happy with this camera but the lens has stopped working and won't turn on, I get system error - lens each time now. I understand others have had the same issue, Panasonic have just replied that as it is out of its warranty they will not help.
Summary: Pile of junk. System error. Lens jammed for no apparent reason. If you plan to buy a Panasonic, Google for the system error lens problem first. It is just rubbish. Should get less than one star.
Summary: the camera zoom sucks dust inside the lens which is impossible to remove and therefor makes the camera unusable unless you want pictures with black marks all over them and panasonic will just tell you it is not enviromentally sealed??? absolute rubish!
Summary: Camera bought as a present was not a UK model and came with an adapter from UK 250 V supply to a US 120V input. This blew up (flames and smoke) when I switched on. Fortunately I had not connected camera at that stage. Amazon fully refunded me.
Summary: I already have a Panasonic bridge camera with slightly less mega pixels and slightly less optical zoom so was expecting great things with this camera, sadly I was disappointed and therefore returned the item.
