Summary: First, I think the quality of pictures, ease of use, size of camera are top notch. My problem was with the "security strap" - its really poor. The first time I took the camera out in the water to use it and attached it to my wrist, the security strap broke off. My suggestion is that if you plan to use the wrist strap at all, replace it before doing so.
Summary: "Adequate for what it is" - well, what is it? It's a very low cost, you might even say near-disposable, underwater camera. Read through the reviews for any underwater camera and you will find complaints about water leakage, so none of these products are infallible. My view is that it's better to have a lower-cost model with some compromises when none of the alternatives are going to have perfect water protection, image quality, or ergonomics, because if something goes...
Summary: So far it seems sturdy and it is nice and compact, but it takes a long time between pictures. Once you take a picture, it won't be ready to take another for about a full five seconds. That seems like a pretty long time.
Summary: I bought this camera for 2 days this is my first impression on this camera: The picture quality is poor, but it is expected at its price. The good thing is that this is a 16 MP camera, so if you are not making a poster print, the quality is still ok; however, you will need a lot of storage space since the pictures are huge. This camera doesn't have the 60 second exposure time which the Lumix normally have.
