Summary: Decent - not as clear as a ZS3 I had previously. (I thought it was the same but they are different; ZS3 has more zoom too). Also I prefer a removable battery - this one requires a special cable to charge and plugs directly into the camera. On the pro side, easy to work and very portable.
Summary: My smart phone takes significantly clearer photos than this camera. The ONLY time I use this camera is when I need a timer. But I'm always underwhelmed with the picture quality. It's always a little fuzzy. Definitely a cheap camera. Zooms pretty good though.
Summary: For the cost it is a good camera. It spends it's life in the cup holder of my 4x4 and in a pack and gets used outdoors almost exclusively. Fine dust will get in the gears and cause the lens to act up but it has some very nice features for the price point.
