Summary: I ordered this camera because it was supposed to be easy to use. I had a stoke 2 years ago and is difficult to do some things now. I odered it a few months ago and I still have not gotten it working. I put battery in earlier today and got the disk loaded and camera on for a total of 30 minites and battery dead again. I have trouble getting battery out and charged. If you are looking for a came.a that is easy to use..
Summary: Pictures had a smudge in every picture. Apparently when the lens extends at power-on, the vacuum caused then can draw dust into the lens and charge-coupled-device (CCD.) With help from an internet video; I was able to repair the camera. I have experience repairing miniature electronics, but I do not recommended this procedure for a novice as do-it-yourself. I Believe the camera has a design flaw. I say -- don't buy.
Does not live up to its billing- worst camera I have owned

Summary: I bought this camera based on the reviews. Mistake.. the reviews must have been done by internal Panasonic people. The iA mode produces "waves" on pictures, the stabilization does not work, setting scenery modes (e.g. indoor) and taking pictures sometimes works, sometimes the same picture is overexposed. The shame of it is this was a gift for one of my kids, he didn't tell me about how terrible it was until just last week when I asked him how it was working.
Summary: First off all, I really liked the price of this camera. It was VERY cheap for its qualities and met my budget. I was excited until I got it. I brought it to a very important event, and while taking pictures, I tried every option possible, but the auto mode always messed up the lighting somehow. Some pictures even turned out in a dark and blue shade with the flash on. I don't understand.
Summary: I ordered this camera and when I received it I could not use it because ALL of the instructions in it were in a foreign language~ there was NO section in English. This is the same as not getting an instruction booklet at all! In addition, the warranty, oddly, which was in English, did not cover the camera if purchased in the United States, which is where I happen to live. Why this camera would be sent to a U.S. buyer and user is totally beyond me.
Summary: I had only taken four pictures with this camera when I dropped it. It landed on it's side on concrete and gave an error message when I turned it on. I have a Sony that is six years old that has been dropped dozens of times and still works fine. I can't rate any of the features as I barely had time to play with it. I did take a couple of pictures of moving fish at Monterey Aquarium that turned out nicely.
