Summary: love the Panasonic line, and i needed a everyday camera to have in my purse , and my bulky more profesional cameras won't do because of space and care they need, so this camera was on sale and i decided to give it a try, the truth is i did not like it very much...it's body seems like it will fall apart any time, and when you turn it on, it makes this awful noise.. its scary! it really feels and sounds like a toy camera.... PERFORMANCE...
Summary: The Lumix DMC-S1 is the second Lumix model I own, my first one being a . The DMC-S1 is a good basic camera, suitable for beginners or people who do not want to have to read manuals to be able to shoot decent pictures. The Pros: - Size: Very small and thin, perfect for stashing it in a shirt or pant pocket. The lens is flush with the camera body when retracted so nothing protrudes uncomfortably when carrying it.
Summary: What my parents have always said is true with this product: you get what you pay for. For under $100 you are getting a small point and shoot camera. It will fit easily in your pocket or purse and will reliably take decent shots. If that is all you are looking for, you will be satisfied with this camera. It is a good value for under $100!
Summary: I've had Panasonic Lumix cameras in the past and have loved them. This one is not really up to par but is offered at one third of the price so I wouldn't expect it to be of the same quality. It is very light and the case is made of a very lightweight plastic which unfortunately gives it a very cheap feel. The zoom is okay but it has trouble focusing on anything from about 20". The pictures are basic, not a ton of detail but okay for a beginner's camera.
Summary: Received the camera in double quick time so no problems there, and in fact the camera is very good, however there were instructions in all the major European languages ...but not in English!! The plug on the battery charger was also a two point plug, and had a convert plug that you had to use. I guess I am lucky to have a girlfriend who can read German !! If you're in the UK and going to buy from this seller check that there is an English instruction book contained...
Summary: LA CAMARA PARA INTERIORES TIENE MUY MAL ENFOQUE PUES SUS IMAGENES NO SON NITIDAS LO MISMO SUCEDE EL ENFOQUE A DISTANCIA, UNOS 15 MTS SON DE MALA CALIDAD, PARA QUE EL FLASH, CON LUZ SOLAR LA COSA CAMBIA SIEMPRE Y CUANDO EL OBJETIVO NO ESTE LEJOS, ME DECEPCIONE DE LA COMPRA TAL VEZ UNA DE MAYOR PRECIO EN ESA MARCA SEA MAS CONVENIENTE.
