Summary: This camera is awesome. If you point this at an object and push the button you get a picture of that object right there on the camera. I tried to understand how this process worked and only found a bunch of scientific mumbo jumbo.
Summary: I had one of these for 2 years and then broke the display - my fault. This reviewed item is a replacement, a used one at 1/3 the price of the new one. Works just like new. This model has many good features but particularly I like the extent of the wide angle shots.
Summary: I had the Lumix DMZ LZ7 for a couple years, and it survived falling 7 feet onto hard linoleum floors twice, and walked with me for 1600 miles of my adventure along the Appalachian Trail where it finally got wet enough to give up.
Summary: I consider myself as an old fashion individual. Although I have Nikon D60, D5000, and some other Panasonic camera models, this one is great because its specs. As there were no new cameras of this model in Amazon, I decided to buy the used LZ10 camera from EZCORP on Amazon, and IS in great condition...
Summary: I have owned this camera for over 3 years now and havent had any problems with it except one a few days ago which I was able to solve on my own quickly. The issue was with the lense not going back in and the camera saying to turn it off and then on again but the camera did not get fixed that way.
Summary: I bought this camera specifically because it had a wider angle lens than most other point and shoots out there in the same price range. As someone who shoots mostly indoor pics in tight spaces (a shoot a lot of apartment interiors), I need the widest possible lens I can get.
