Summary: need this cam for macros and tele shootings because of its small sensor ship. very suitable for shooting with flash in darkness, because of the excellent viewfinder.ideal for astro shootings too. alle pictures must be improved by photoshop for big posters afterwards.
Pros: sharp results when using RAW+JPEG with 100 ISO
Cons: a few noisy pictures when choosing 800 ISO or higher, a few low contrast, dued to the small sensor chip
Summary: I am still trying to learn how to use it, but so far with point and shoot, the pictures are really good. It appears that it was worth the money. I did buy a camera case, it is not so small that you can carry it in your pocket or handbag. But better pictures are worth it!
Summary: This was my wife's first interchangeable lens camera. She loves it! For being the first model in Panasonic's M43 family, it is a great camera. Sure the newer camera have less noise and more features, but I'd say the only major thing we wish it has was video. For that, get the G2 or later model.
Summary: Purchased at a Henry's Auction for around $128.00 Canadian, this little camera does not disappoint. The only drawbacks are the lack of video and the questionable viewfinder quality but that is it.
Summary: I dearly wish I could write a proper review. The product arrived without a battery although the product description clearly states battery comes with camera. So it sits in a closet until the battery I had to order separately arrives.
