Excerpt: I've owned numerous cameras, both film and digital. I've also owned several cameras with digital OIS including an FZ5, FZ20 and two FZ7's. Over the last year the Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ7s have become my cameras of choice. Yes, they are light weight, but not toys at all.
Summary: Loved this camera to death. Used it almost every day. Only thing I hated was that you could not zoom nor autofocus in video mode. Doesn't matter anyways cause if I wanted those features I would have bought a video camera.
Summary: I recommend this camera to anyone who needs a good quality camera for documenting their world. It is so easy to use. I was surprised how light weight it is and versatile. I carry it with me every where I go. It enables me to take great photos quickly and do video clips. I love this camera.
Summary: Though light in weight this camera takes great pictures. Since purchase I have been able to test some of its many automatic and manual functions; and so far I have been pleased to say all work as described.
Summary: It has been 5 years since I have bought a digital. After WEEKS of research and ALOT of backtracking on reviews, specs etc. I narrowed my options between this and a Canon PowerShot Pro Series S3 IS. Let me begin by saying that for the price, you can not beat this camera.
Summary: I especially like the zoom - it's like having a zoom and macro all in one. The stabilization feature works well. There's lots of features, so I still am exploring the depth of features. Would buy this one again.
Summary: Muy buena camara, Buen zoom y excelente para captar objetos en movimientos. claro esta que no es la mejor camara, pero tienes muy buenas caracteristicas por el precio que pagas, es un buen ejemplo de bueno y economico.
