Summary: My friend bought this camera as a gift for me one month ago,it was nice camera, but it stopped working yesterday. When I turn on the power of the camera, the lens starts crazily zoom in and zoom out and the camera shut down in 2 seconds, and a message show on the LCD screen, it says that the syetem error of lens.
Summary: i just purchased this camera DMC-FS7. this camera is lightweight and easy to use. i like it, because has difference color. i like blue color. but something i dislike. first this unit has only two language (ENGLISH AND SPANISH). i checked the box is DMC-FS7P. then checked hand book, DMC-FS7P has no international language and video output is NTSC ONLY. 2nd no USB battery charge, can't charge direct from camera.
Summary: This camera feels reasonably well made although not as well as the Canon line. But, as compared to the Canon SD780, its about $100 less. Picture wise, it is not as good as the SD780 although that is not saying much. The camera has basically two modes automatic and "manual". One nice feature is that you can set up the camera not to use an ISO higher than a certain number.
Summary: I have had this Camera for about 2 years and to be honest it's rubbish. At first I thought it was really good it seemed to hold at lot of battery. But then when a wanted to take picture's of birds and small animals from a distance it optical zoom didn't get close it was fuzzy picture.
Get a canon instead...video quality terrible...lens broken after a week

Summary: Bought this as my canon ixus was 4 years old and only 3mega pixles, it looked good, does take nice shots but the focusing goes in and out lots before focusing, the time from pressing the button to taking a photo is way slower than my old cannon so you miss the good action moments. Shutter started not opening and closing properly after a week, and video quality is like a colour version of a cini film, totally grainy with streaks and lines running down.
