Takes great photos for the non-professional snap-shooter.

Summary: I was looking for a camera for my daugher, who's main request was that it be "aqua blue"! I wanted to make sure that her pictures would turn out pretty good, as I'm sure she's not holding still while taking them. I've always been happy with Panasonic digital cameras, and this one is no different. I've even used it on occasion, and love that it has the burst mode. Easy to use, even for an 11 year old, but I'm sure she won't use all the scene settings unless I suggest it.
Summary: Something I've been really pleased with! I've purchased 3 cameras before this and this is by far the best. I just enjoy taking pictures... I' m like you, can tell the difference between a good photo and a better one. My wife likes to scrapbook and were always doing things with the kids and family so it's fun to load up with pictures and keep great memories. You won't be unhappy with this purchase.
Pros: Easy to use scene modes, Fast shutter speed, No wires with charger, Sturdy battery door
Summary: It gets blurry if you zoom in on the pic on the actual LCD screen, but on the computer the quality is amazing. Also, the videos you actually have to move to your computer to play smoothly. But no complaints.
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast/accurate auto-focus, Good Image Quality, Large Clear LCD, Nice Body Color, Short Lag Time, Small / Compact
Summary: Since the camera is very compact and gives great outdoor images I use it to take travel pictures and also carry it around Manhattan to snap cool street scenes I want to record. I wish the low light image quality was better but hey, you can't have everything in a compact camera!
Pros: Easy To Use, Good Image Quality, Good Image Stabilization, Large Clear LCD, Light intuitive use, Nice Body Color
Summary: I have not used this product. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They put this item on their "wish list." I felt it was a great value, and according to my kids, it is an awesome camera. They used a friends and say that is why they chose this camera for their "wish list.
Excerpt: Great pocket P&S - especially when deeply discounted. Excellent outdoor photos, especially macro mode that can make pleasing photos up to 16x10. Noise increases exponentially above ISO 400 but usable for 4x6 prints. Fairly typical of this class of camera. Flash has narrow focus when shooting wide-open close to your subjects. Some barrel distortion at widest setting (28mm); seems to decrease about 35mm. Limited settings - but you buy it for P&S simplicity.
